Radio Rupert a.k.a Radio 428 (metres) - Anecdotal evidence suggests that Hugh Nolan, co founder of Geronimo, carried his important papers in a Rupert annual. Rupert/428 tested from Radio Andorra in the Pyrenees in 1969. UK reception was poor, so Radio Monte Carlo was chosen for further tests using the Geronimo name
